I experienced the same thing, franchise compliance most specifcally adam valdez does not pay thier mystery shoppers. I filed with the labor commissioner, i would encourage others to do the same, then there will be a bulk collection issues by the state labor commissioner!!! They then had the gall to ask me to do another shop for them again.
