I was contacted by Franchise Compliance to do a mystery shop audit of Short Stop CHEM DRY in Clinton Twp Michigan. I was to get $125 for doing this shop plus postage for the solution I had to send in. I had my carpets cleaned by Short Stop Chem Dry by Cheryl Pittiglio (owner). I was not happy with the work as the stains were not removed and the carpet was not cleaned to my satisfaction. I took the sample that I had to get and revealed myself as a shopper per the instructions. I mailed out the sample and got a rating for doing the shop.
