The mystery shopping company, Franchise Compliance Inc., is a fraud!
They failed to pay me for my carpet mystery shop (Chem-Dry), which I completed in April. They have failed to respond to my emails. I have tried emailing the company directly, as well as to two different schedulers (who continue to solicit for mystery shoppers.) They do not have a telelphone number listed on their website.
After becoming frustrated with their lack of response, I started researching this company and found many similar complaints on the internet.
I have contacted the corporate office at Chem Dry, informing them of Franchise Compliance's fraudalent nature. I hope they take action and stop using this company!
