As a longtime mystery shopper for numerous reputable companies, I am appalled that HARRIS RESEARCH (Logan, UT) continues to contract with the mystery shopping company: FRANCHISE COMPLIANCE (UT).
There are numerous reports from other nationwide mystery shoppers on the website: www.mysteryshoppingforum.com due to FRANCHISE COMPLAINCE refusal to pay (actually reimburse) shoppers for work contracted.
Although, I spoke with DeAnn Corbel last week as well as an e-mail from Adam Valdez, Pres. FRANCHISE COMPLIANCE, I am now entering my fourth month waiting for my reimbursement of $125. The carpet cleaning actually cost $130 due to the 'extras' (like 'Fuel Charge').
Adam Valdez stated, "The check got lost in the mail." He obviously thinks I am lacking ordinary quickness and keenness of mind (stupidity). Neither Ms. Corbell nor Mr. Valdez have ensured my payment is forthcoming.
