I was informed via their system that my items had been shipped. I checked Canada Post online and was told the information was received. The delivery was supposed to happen two days ago. I was told today that it is being shipped out of a Las Vegas warehouse to help ship faster to West Coast customers. I am located on the East Coast of Canada, so why would it be shipped out of a West Coast location when in the past it was shipped out of Montreal? Very confused. Very disappointed.
My first order with them included a skirt that I purchased for $10. The zipper was broken, but in order to ship it back, I would be forced to pay a $9.95 fee. I never shipped it back. Why I gave them a second chance, I have no idea.
