Recieved boots, went to return them had to pay $30.00 us to return first, then i got the boots back in the mail lost out on my shipping twice, took my payment for the boots, and the return had no resp

Ordered boots, wanted to return they charged me $30.00 us to return. Then i shipped them out in the time frame they stated i had to. Then i got the boots returned to me via usps with no reason of return, something written in chinese. Tried to contact them and will not answer or can't get through. I want my $30.00 back. I will keep the boots, i have no other choice.
