We bought a washing machine from hhgregg - what a mistake! The salesman was very nice and informative. The washer was to be delived the next day, Tuesday, when they arrived the washer had a large dent in it so my husband would not accept it - they did offer a $50 discount for the dent. They came back on Wednesday with another washer but did not have the upgraded hoses that we had ordered. The delivery people told my husband that he could either pick them up at the store the next day and install them himself or they could come back on Thursday. We never received a call that they would be out on Thursday so we called and we were not on the list for deliveries for Thursday. We received a call this evening and they will be out tomorrow, Friday, to install the hoses we ordered. Fortunately my husband is retired and is at home to receive deliveries but he has now spent four days in the house waiting for deliveries from hhgregg. We will never shop at this store again.
