I purchased a Samsung steam washer and dryer and matching pedestals from HHGregg on 11/6. It was an out of box (i.E. On the stores floor) item. It was delivered on 11/7, however the installation crew was missing the bolts to connect the washer to the pedestal and a v connector for the dryer. The install crew returned on 11/9 with the v connector so the dryer was hooked up, still no washer. They did not test the dryer, consequently when I turned it on - nothing. No lights, no power, nothing. The are scheduled to return on 10/10 (tomorrow) and they have been instructed to return everything if everything is not operational on their visit. We will see how that goes. The initial team did not inform us that we should not use the washer (thankfully we did not) as the second team explained that without being securely bolted to the pedestal the washer, if run, would most likely tip over and cause damage to itself and my home.
Barring a miracle on their next and last visit, I seriously doubt that I will ever step into a HHGregg store again.
