AT&T failed to work with us on a pmt plan for the pass due amount. We contacted them back in August to combine our two accounts Uverse and Wireless. They agreed and we were told to contine to pay on two monthly statements. We did received two statements and paid separately up until November. We stopped receiving two statements or email alerts for two accounts and only received one email alert and one statement.

We paid our balance in a timely manor. We received a notice and phone message that our Wireless account was delinquent. We contacted ATT & T and after being transfered six times we spoke with the combined account department. We were informed that our bill had been sent to another customer in error for the last three months. They demand we pay in full.

I informed them I use my cell for personal use as well as business. I work for a medical office and received calls from patients, doctors and hospital staff. I express my concerned if or not that other customer had access to all the phones numbers and message I had received. They were not sure since they could not tell me if infact my privacy has been violated. I request to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told they will return my call within 72hhrs. I waited 9days and no one ever called me back.

I did however received a notice indicating they will disconnect my services by April 4 if no payment was made. I recalled them and spoke a supervisor name Tracie said the most she could do for me is to pay the pass due balance in two payments. I informed her that I was not declining to pay the pass due, however it was their error which made the account balance delinquent.

I was able to pay in three payments. Tracie stated that they could not accept the arrangement and demand payment or my services will be disconnected.

My wireless service had be disconnected. I do not agree with that since I am not denying we have to pay however, if the agreement was to combine our two accounts and we never received two statements therefore we only pay on the one statement we had been receiving.

I need my job which requires for me to have a cell phone for communication with doctors patients 24/7 basis. I feel it's an error they made and I am paying by not having wireless phone services. Just not fair or right if I never decline to pay on the pass due balance.
