To the best of my knowledge, she has never managed any rentals but those she used to own. Would get angry if asked to do repairs. Talks down to tenants. Often blames the tenants and bills them for routine maintenance.
No small wonder she has many foreclosures going on right now. Hopefully, Kerry Wright/Carrie Kirkey does NOT present herself to others as a "manager" or "investor". You will not get accurate invoices. You will get altered or her 'version' of the work invoice as many can attest. You ever hear of being asked to pay the rent AND pay for owner repairs?
To the best of our knowledge, she is NOT representing others. She is being sued by others for money owed. Just don't go in business with her. Her investors in her inspection business are none to happy right now.
Hope she DOES find a livelihood.
Oh and on her facebook, she presents a large building as her "renovation project", and then you find out that she not only doesn't have anything to do with the building, but the address is her house in downtown lansing where she remodelled an attic without permits so she can rent out ROOMS.
Wish she would get out of the business of scamming banks and investors.
