JWC is not only the worst company to rent from, they are the worst company to manage your property! They do not do as they are supposed to at all. The only reason I found out that the tenants were vacating the property is because I received a notice from the city of Killeen mailed to me in Kentucky citing me for not having my grass cut. This is the job of the property management to keep up with. This is when I found out that JWC took the tenants to court (without my knowledge) and that the tenants were leaving. When I went to Killeen to check on the property, there was a notice on our door saying someone was using water illegally, dated for Oct. 30 and I went to the property on Nov. 9th! When I picked up my keys from the property, Mr. Alleman the accountant told me that there are a great many property owners that were not happy with JWC because they were not doing their job. Then he turns around and lies in a letter to the Better Business Bureau that the funds I sent to fix everything was slow in coming. Why would I give money for something I had no estimates for? When I picked up my keys, I went to the property for a walkthrough with a new property management company and the electricity was left on! JWC claimed to have no knowledge of this when I called that very second to tell them! They lie through their teeth and pretend to be well educated and better than anyone else. They had the nerve to insult me through their letter response to the BBB when they know nothing about me. They were juvenile and not professional even through the BBB when responding because all they could do was throw insults and attach an agreement between myself and them. Little do they know that I have kept every single email correspondence and they have no idea that I am much more educated than they think. Do not rent from these people and do not trust them to manage your property. What it boils down to is that they are money hungry and have no class nor sense of business and professionalism.
