Don't rent a room in this house. Kerry is going through a lot right now. Always angry. Never does what she says she will do. Get everything in writing. Make sure you keep ALL receipts because Kerry will try to claim "unpaid rent" whenever she needs money.
Better yet, rent from someone else that has done this before. Someone who understands privacy. Honesty. And fair play.
I don't like being taken advantage of.
Kerry lost her rental properties I suspect for similar underhanded dealings. If Kerry doesn't get her way, she will harrass you which makes you feel victimized.
