Craig Wilson has sent me multiple bad checks and also sent bad checks to the City of Houston Property Tax assessors office, as well as other investors.
He has lied to me repeatedly. He has stolen the security deposit of multiple tenants. He has slandered rent paying tenants by saying they did not pay their rent when in fact bank records show they DID pay their rent.
He did not pay bills that he was supposed to pay repeatedly. Tax bills, homeowner's association bills, mortgages, you name it.
He is living in a house he does not have permission to live in, and this is not the first time he has done this.
He is trying to sell a house "by owner" that he DOES NOT OWN.
He's an incorrigible cheat.
