Thank you for applying and pursuing a career in sales and marketing with SpiderBoost. Please allow this letter to confirm your hire as an account representative. We are excited at the prospect of doing great things together.
Monday, March 5th marks the beginning of our long journey together. Day one will bring a lot of information in a hurry. You neednt be concerned if you get it right away. Stay the course and practice good habits.
We will have some growing pains along the way but more importantly there will be some really fun and profitable
times, too. I ask you to be patient and open minded to some new ways of conducting sales. Not every day is going to be perfect but we are going to have long term goals which we will keep us focused.
You will be hired as a 1099 independent contractor for the first 90 days at $400.00 per week that operates like a draw against commission. We want your sales commission to eventually supersede the guarantee so that we may use that money for new hires down the road. At the end of that period, we will have an evaluation where we may elect to bring you on as a W-2 employee with benefits.
The commission we are paying you is 35% of the cash brought in. There are going to be varying circumstances where that will be altered but not without your consent. For instance, if we are negotiating with your client to lower
the price to them, we will confer with you on what it will do to your percentage. Another variance will come down the road if your account gets upsold by another rep. The upselling will be orchestrated by myself and it will be done with all transparency. You, in fact may be that person I elect to upsell someone elses client.in the even that two reps are on a deal like that, there will be an equal split of the commission. If I or another member of the executive committee does the sale, you get the entire percentage.
If you do the math and extrapolate the residuals with your new sales, you can make between $70-80 totally by
yourself. The upselling is what will take that income over $100k. Once we are in full performance mode, that weekly draw check that we are starting with will disappear and you will be in full flight on your own.

Not only did this company not stand by their word an not pay their employees as per THEIR contract. They are completely ignoring all our calls. This company claims that they have no money to pay their employees.
If you are a potential CLIENT run the other way, run fast and dont look back, if you are an existing customer, break your agreement. I am sure the Miami Chamber of Commerence would like to hear to hear that the SEO company they hired and paying huge fees to, doesn't pay their employees.
If you are considering working here, dont, run fast, run hard, this company rules by wear.
