I received an email from one of the contacts I have in my database about a way to earn money at home by filling out a few surveys on products I normally use. I had been talking with this contact the day before and she had mentioned that she was earning money from home so it came as no surprise when I opened my inbox and there was a email from her with a link to a website that would have me fill out surveys in return for a little spending money.
I went onto the website and looked at it, I am always a little weary when checking things out, but this email was from a friend of mine and she said she was having great success with it. So I signed up, paid the survey company $14.99 with the intent that I would start filling out surveys and making a little bit extra. The company even offered to let me pay with paypal, so that really disarmed me.
I waited for 3 days to hear from the company about the log in information that they said they would email me.
