I rented out a device from Mr James Johnson and Gene Brown. There have been multiple plumbing issues and that I had hardly any water-use from October 23 through December but there is a water loss increasing the statement to 70.00 during this period. Jan 3 Dekalb County illegally moved Mr Brown water bill to my consideration that we offered Mr Brown 20.00 in Jan which a reimbursement arrives for that 20.00. Used to do not obtain a water bill till around Goal which was high as a result of water loss about the home. Mr Johnson & Ms Brown first got it fix around April that the water bill went as much as 800 or even more throughout that time for you to May. Once the statement arrived in September my correct water utilization was only a little over 33.00 for August and July. I had been scammed from the landlord and dekalb county.
