Polk county water authority is turning off their pumps supposedly from 11 pm to 4 am leaving their customers without sufficient pressure. I have had to change the way i get ready for work in the morning. At 6 am there is still not sufficient water pressure to take a shower. I pay my bill each and every month on time and i do not appreciate not being able to have access to the service that i am paying for, since i complained to the bbb it is happening everyday now
