USBI/Fralee Telephone/telcovalue put charges on my SBC bill that were not ordered. I had no idea who this company was.
I called the customer service line and complained. The rep said the charges would be stopped as of today but that I had to call SBC to reverse the charges. The SBC rep did go back 3 months and credit the charges.
The rep at USBI would not give me a phone number to call—only and e-mail address to complain and to get additional information.
I did not know that Fralee was listed as a fraudulant company until I looked them up on the internet.
I am waiting to see what response I will get from the e-mail I sent to [email protected]
