The employees, specifically the supervisor heading our move, Eli, have failed to be forthright in informing us of anything pertaining to our move from the cost of additional weight to the details involved with delivery.
Despite efforts on our part to speak with and obtain information from the company, phone calls are not returned and false information continues to be provided. Despite their commitment to deliver within a 2-7 day time period, we have yet to see any of our
things and to date it has been 14 days since the date of pickup.
