National Moving Network And Certfified Relocation Services
Ripoff fradulent billing and does not honor claims for damages

I used National Moving Network to find movers to move my household items from Tampa, Florida to Irving, Texas. I looked to National Moving Network to work with high - quality, professional movers. However, I was sadly mistaken. I've moved quite frequently (three times in the past five years) and this has been the worst experience. I dealt with Javier Moyano and Kimberly in Customer Service. After I gave the customer service representative my deposit, I never had my phone calls returned. I was quoted inaccurate information. I didn't find out until the day of my move that I needed to pay in cash or money order for the move. Not only was the National Moving staff unreliable, the movers they provided me with were unprofessional, irresponsible, and didn't even speak English.

National Moving Network referred me to Cerftified Relocation Services in Houston, Texas. My move was scheduled for June 28 or 29. The movers didn't finish packing and loading my household goods until 3:00 pm on June 30th. I had to go to closing at 3:30 pm that day. The new buyers couldn't complete the final walk through because my things were still in the house. Once they finally picked up my merchandise, I kept asking Siggie (the CRS dispatch manager/claims manager) for the actual weight since I was quoted an estimate of 6,600 pounds. I was never notified of the actual weight.By law, they have to provide me the actual weight. I am still trying to get the actual weight documentation because I know they owe me money.

Certified Relocation Services was supposed to deliver my household goods between July 3 and 5. I was never notified that my deliver was going to be late. I had to keep calling Siggie to find out that my guaranteed delivery date of July 5 was not going to be met. I had to pay for 2 nights in a hotel room because of CRS' lateness. Siggie told me that my delivery was late because the Department of Transportation only allows a driver to drive for 8 hours. He could not answer why only one driver was in the truck for a trip from Tampa, Florida to Irving, Texas. The truck didn't get to Texas until 6 pm on July 6th. I had to start a new job at 7:45 am on July 7th. The day-laborers and teenagers that were used to pack and load my household goods did such an awful job packing my belongings. I filed a claim with CRS for all of the damages in August.

I was told that it should take 30 - 60 days to resolve. It is now 90 days and I have yet to hear from them. I called their office 11 times in October and no one has bothered to contact me. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I was told that there are currently 121 complaints against Certified Relocation Services. I sent a certified letter to them which was returned.
