Disrespectful HHGREGG Store Manager/Deceitful store policy - Temper pedic Bed

I have spent approximately $12,000, at HHGREGG over the past 6 weeks. THis would include PLasma TV, microwave oven, laptop computer, misc, and last but not least a Temper pedic bed and matress. The salesman (Kevin) told us of a 90 day return policy, if not satisfied with the bed. Upon delivery, the bed had a strong chemical odor. We immeadiately complained to our salesman, and he assured us the odor would subside or go away within 30 days. Now, 6 weeks later, the odor is as strong as ever. We decided to return it to the store. I arrived at the store and requested the return, with my salesman. He summoned a Manager over and the manager said, "NO RETURN", only an exchange. I pleaded with him reminding him of our periodic history of odor complaints. His response to me was "Lower your voice, or I'll call the police and have you removed from the store. I spoke louder, wanting all the customers in the store to be cognizant of the lack of customer loyalty and respect coming from a store Manager. He then threatened to have me arrested, and I left the store, followed by another employee to retreive my car plate number. I believe the saleman honestly represented store policy, as he understood it. Whether he understood it correctly or not is in question. I believe the store should honor the salesmans committment, for refund and return. I also believe the manager owes me an apology. He should also take a mandatory class, in customer/human relations!
