They took my money promising me their supposed good services at the good rates, yet they used the excuse of me using a different carrier than the owners of the phone lines. So I requested a refund, yet they have yet to give me back my $70. I am currently using CCI, of which I had before.
I am starting the process to have my bank pull the money from their account with an affidavit. Plus, I am thinking about filing fraud charges against them to shut them down for taking money from people like me.
