Re. Scam, deceptive, dishonest, and deceitful / fraud based company "z-tel communications":
This company allowed someone, somewhere, with stolen identity information (that was completely unverified for authenticity, legitimacy or accuracy) to open *several* telephone service accounts, and attempted to fraudulently collect monetary payments from us with stated fraudulent information.
They can not, are absolutely unable to and refuse to provide any type of proof of permission or authorization for alleged 'service' contracted, will not / can not provide actual or reproduced billing statements, contracts, agreements or any other type of documentation to verify how or who opened these 'accounts.' this company is a complete fraud - beware!!!
