My wife ordered a product over the internet (first mistake), and the company she bought the product form sold our name, address, and credit card info to QuestSavers. QuestSavers took that info, and entered a membership for us for travel discounts (Uh, we don't travel), and charged $8.95 to our visa/debit card for the last 27 months without us even knowing. Seeing as how we do most everything with a debit card and known funds in the account, we don't really monitor the funds that closely since we've never overdrawn or had any problems. Until now. When we called QuestSavers, they laughed at us, said TOUGH SH*, TRY AND SUE US, and hung up. Beware people, these guys are pure evil and unless you're willing to take the time and money to file a civil suit, you will never get your money back.
