My boyfriend purchased me a hoodie for our 3 year anniversary. It was supposed to say John Carroll Men's soccer.instead it said Men's wrestling. I contacted the company for either a refund or an exchange for the wrong merchandise. They said that I would have to live with it and only offered a promotional code for 20% off my next purchase. That is not acceptable as it was their fault for mailing me the wrong design. I did not pay $45 to be given the wrong item and told it my doing! They were rude and unprofessional.
