PrepLogic advertises a free voucher for a IT exam when you order their testing product. I ordered over the phone and the sales agent told me I had a year to use my voucher BUT I had to wait 30 days before I could actually use it? Didn't make alot of sense to me but I believed him.
Well when I just recently tried to renew the voucher they told me I had a deadline that had already expired. Apparently I have to redeem the voucher within 90 days not 1 year. If you ask anyone on the phone they will tell you 1 year. This voucher is $155 that goes toward very expensive exams and they advertise if you buy their $99 product they will give you this for free and you have a year to use it. This is not the case.
It looks like they are hoping people will wait a little bit longer so they do not have to honor the offer.
All I would like is what they originally offered and what all of their "spam" emails offer... A free voucher to take an IT exam since I bought their product. Apparently I did have the voucher but only for a short period. I just would like it back. That seems like a fair deal.
And the way they spam their offers is horrible and when I actually got the credit card system to work it charged me multiple times.
Other test sites are out there. Dont use PrepLogic
