This company is something else. I have contacted them numerous times about having the wrong address on my account, they are mailing my financial information about my mortgage somewhere other than where i live and then had the nerve to get upset with me about not responding to an insurance mailer they had sent to the wrong address... I have had nothing but issues with this company regarding my payments made to them, they have gone as far as returning my payments to me that were above what my monthly payment due. I contacted them about this and they told me they can only except the amount owed nothing less nothing more. I can not wait until i am done with this company. What a crock!!!
