Even though I cancelled subscription, my checking account was debited their renewal charge anyway. I called to correct the issue and was told they could only refund two months of the subscription instead of the full amount. I expressed that this was unacceptable and was put on hold again. Eventually, they refunded the full amount but told me it would take 7-10 days. Scam, scam, scam.
EHarmony not only turned out to be a complete waste of time but a headache in terms of surprise charges and having to play a stupid game of trying to get my money back. Anyone reading this should stay away from this company. Know that their goal is to collect your billing information and then do everything they can to simply charge on your account as many times as they can. The purpose of bringing finding relationships is nothing but a ruse to get your account info.
