We entered a contract for a Kayak Pool in 2003. After the salesman left our home we made several calls to get financing rates confirmd and pool questions answered. They avoided all our calls and would not answer a single question. After reading the terms that I had a binding contract after three days and they could charge us what ever interest they wanted we were forced to send in a written cancellation. We were always treated rudly by Michelle and felt that the company could care less about us. Because we lost all trust with any satisfaction, outside the salesman, so we cancelled our contract. We ended up purchasing a used Kayak Pool in very good condition and wanted Kayak to put it up for us. Again we were ignored, we had to put in at least 10 calls and finally was quoted a price to put new walls in and install our pool would be 11,800.00! Our contract for our brand new heated pool was only 1500.00 more, and that was the cost of the heater. So to install our pool was the same price as buying a new pool! This company is impossible to trust and deal with. After you enter a contract and within the three day period just see how many questions are answered. Then try to get a place to see a pool. This place is counting the money and wants nothing to do with Customer Service.
