My husband purchased the pool about 4 yrs ago we have only got to use it one season when it started tearing, first were the pin hole leaks then got little bigger. We called kayak they did send a contractor out that one time, for this to be under warranty it sure costed us 250.00 just for him to come out drained the pool then he attempted to pull the liner away from the wall and tore it he then patched it up. It was stuck to the wall after that we tried numerous times to contact kayak they will not respond. Now we have a pool in our back yard tha is growing weeds now because we cannot get them to stand behind their warranty to me this is a ripp off. We have children that would love to be able to use the pool but can't, we can not afford 1,000.00
for a liner that we have mortgage our home for. This is a shame, i wish i knew about how to do this 3 years ago. I've even contacted the catalog corp for kayak they said they could not help us that the message would be delivered to the main office in new york
