On june 13 we signed a contract with kayak pools june 14 and 15 was week ends on monday the 16 of june we had question and no one would return our calls so we signed the contract cancelation part at bottom and sent it certified mail.in a letter to us they said we had to the 17 of june to rescind on the contract the certified mail reciet says it was maile before midnight on the 17.
Now they say we dont get deposit back and they trying to sue us for the pool on the bottom of contract it said we had 3 buss. Days to cancel.
In one letter they say they contacted us on the19 to tell us pool was in and in another letter they say they contacted us on the 23 to say pool was in. We signed one paper with capital one finance to have credit done so haow can they run our credit trow 4 or 5 diffrent companys if we only gave permision for one in one letter they say we was approved for financing on the 17 th of june and they contacted us and we said it was good -why say that if contracted been signed and mailed by then hummmm in the other letter they say financing was approved on the 18th dont make sense HELP please
