I had just built a brand new home and i had walked into the store on division street, i told the sales guy that i had a budget that i had to stick to because i had to furnish about 90 percent of the house.
Well i picked out a bedroom suite and he gave me a price that was just below my budget and asked if that was ok. I said yes and signed and paid for it. When it came time for everything to be delivered i didnt get my headboard and i called to make sure everything was ok and i was told it was on back order for another week.
Well another 2 weeks went by and i called because i still didnt have my headboard and they said they werent going to deliver it until i give them another $158 and some change. I was told the salesman underbilled me. I advised i was given the rate i paid for because i assumed the salesman knew i would be back to purchase other stuff for my new home and he discounted the rate (which wasnt much at all).
I called repeatedly and repeatedly i was refused a manager and when i finally asked for the top person they said he wont be calling me back and i need to stop calling. Even though i have a signed contract i still cant get my headboard.
The BBB wont help me they just noted that i filed a complaint and now i have a suit against them in the small claims court which is taking absolutely forever. I dont want anyone else to be scammed by these people so pleeease beware.
