Went on this website to get a passport, looks like you are getting everything for $130.00 (i. E passport, shipping expediently, your own passport specialist. After getting to the next form, it clearly says that you must now pay the government fees for the passport which is an additional $140.00.
Called to cancel the service and receive my money back, person who answered said that I could dispute the charges but they have where I agreed to the terms of their agreement, which was actually to let them file the passport.in small letters it says does not include government fees. He said he can reimburse $79.00 but not the processing fee it is non-refundable, when I asked for a supervisor he hung up on me. Will dispute the credit card charges and probably will not get anything in return. Don't use this website unless you want to give them $130.00.
