Justin from Leeways told me that my requested move date of July 2nd would be fine. Erica called me and told me that they had some delays because a truck broke down and asked me if I would be willing to move the date. I was not. She said she would 'work on it'.
Josh, who called himself the owner of the company, called me the night before my move and said that they were unable to get a truck for me on the 2nd. They said they would try to get me a truck within the next few days. After several phone calls, I finally told them I was canceling my move and that I wanted a complete refund of the money I put down for the deposit. I have yet to see the refund, which was more than $200.00, and I doubt I ever will. Do not use this company!
