This company, securewatch, has only been in business 3 years. They have multiple branches all around the united states. The workers load up in vans and go into residential areas where they knock doors and tell people they will give them a free security system. They then charge you activation.
It is a 99 dollar install fee actually and the installers are not actually licensed. From me working in the company i actually found out that the installers, to save time, actually skip 7 steps in the install process which therefore causes their system to not work properly.
This leaves trusting people unprotected without them even having the knowledge of it. Plus to get reimbursement or an installer to come and fix the system you have to brake someone's arm.
