On hold two hours, hung up on twice, system rarely works

I hate hate hate this company. I have been on hold for 2 hrs, no managers are 'available', I have been hung up on twice and transferred 5 times. This is in reference to a system that has worked properly may be 5 nights in the 2 years I have had it. Avoid this organization at all costs!
