I have been with AT&T Wirless for a little over a year and have had to call them at least once a month due to billing errors. They have presently bill me for roaming fees of over $200.00 that I specifically called them on before I used my phone, while out of town, to make sure that I was in my calling area. I was told by one of their reps that I would be fine as long as my phone read ATT, which it did. Nevertheless I was charged! They had to do a credit for that.
I have called for errors that resulted in numerous credits due to incorrect billing fees.
I was also told that if I agreed to a 2 year contract with them my free night minutes would start at 7:00pm. This was another misleading information that I received from their representatives. Again, I was billed for 907 minutes over my calling plan. I have a outrageous bill that I can't possibly pay.
I have been charged for cancellations fees when I didn't cancel.
Their so called GSM services suck. I have constant dropped calls with them and recently migrated back to their digital services. Needless to say I have changed to another carrier.
