In Feb., I ordered a DVD and they had a new user promotion to waive the shipping fee. Seemed pretty straight forward... Nope, I just realized that this "free shipping", allowed the unethical and intentionally misleading company to bill me EACH MONTH, $9.95. I don't know how I have missed this for the past 2 YEARS, but now my $3.00 DVD, has cost me over $248.00. This BESTBRANDVALUE Company is a fraud and they agreed to give me a two month credit.
I have never used them since this one order 2 years ago and think they should be closed down forever.
