Ordered what was to be a free sample for shipping of 4.95. Got credit card bill charged shipping 4.95 plus 89.76 for the stuff. They gave me a 50% credit but would not give me full credit.
The stuff was terrible on my skin. Since I thought it was a free sample I did not call them about it til I got my bill. I also order free sample for 4.95 shipping from AuraVie. Same deal same company. Was bill shipping and then about a 100.00 for the free sample. I can not get anyone at the company to see what can be done. But I am pretty sure they will not do anything either. I am on social security and can not afford this. Someone needs to stop these people.
