I worked with this company owned by iranian " abraham noy " family since 2008 - 2009. What was surprising is their blatant disregard for the law including tenants & rights of workers. While many complaints have been made to city agencies very little have been done to prosecute those individuals running this company who operates 20 (aka) business names using relative names as directors who have very little say or no part of the operation of companies.
Helm management violated a judges orders to stay an eviction notice with no court action despite being served the papers. Abraham noy disregarded the notice & removed my belonging from apt. His cel phone is 917-682-8218.
Refusing to pay taxes on most employees hired without background checks done. Paying straight checks or cash. The few that is actually on the books are fired with no recourse.
