Harold Sullivan is the owner and he fired me because he said I was the cause of the payroll checks bouncing and this is not the case. He was not paying bills. Police has served him with several summons to appear in court for not paying rent on the building. He has tried to undermine the tax commissioner by not paying taxes the bank account has been garnished because he failed to pay taxes.
The utilities were cut off while I was on the job because he failed to pay Marietta Paower bill. I was taking time off to look for another job because our payroll checks were bouncing and no money in the bank and he fired me because I was telling other employees when they came to me on payday that the checks were no good and they couldn't be cashed.
Every pay period the checks bounced and would not give us our checks until after 2 pm on pay day, trying not to allow our checks to go through the bank on pay day and even after waiting after 2 pm no money was still available on the next work day which was on Mondays. Employees not only myself has had two checks bounced while approaching another pay period. I have had to go to a check cashing place on several occassions just to try and get money to pay my bills because he couldn't afford to pay any of us and asked one time that one of us should be willing to give up our pay roll check until he get caught up.
Harold write checks for himself thousands at a time so that he does not have to pay taxes on his check through the payroll company. There is so much that is going on with this company I have documentations and recorded conversations of things that have happen. Please tell me I have a case. I have been fired as of 1/16/06 because I knew what was going on.
