HPG Management and Sonny Astani has improperly evicted tenants that resided at 620 S. Gramercy Place. During a condo conversion, tenants lived with their waters turned off Mon-Fri for several months, on going constructions starting at 7am while tenants were still living there.
They started evicting the tenants without giving them first rights to purchase their units, which is against the law. Tenants were forced out without any relocation fees, now the tenants have filed a class action lawsuit against HPG management and there is a lien on the building.
But still they're excepting deposits from buyers in attempts to sell each units without informing the buyers of all the lawsuits, without informing them of the lien on the building. BEWARE of ANY and ALL buildings managed or owned by HPG management and DO NOT do business with SONNY ASTANI. Justice will be served, for all truth comes to light.
