I return their product in late April. Called them in May but they had not got notification of the product being returned yet.By late May the phone number to call has a recording stating they are not accepting new orders and to email the customer service.
I email customer service around May 30th and I received an email back on June 7th that my refund was processed and that my credit card should be credited in 7 to 10 business days. I checked my account everyday from the 7th day on and as of today which would be the 14th business day my card is still not showing the credit. I can not talk to a live person and believe they are not a real company. I have been ripped off of $169.00 and have contacted an attorney.
