I received my free sample of The Original Diet Patch and I loved it. That was in December. I have been billed for three additional months supply and have never received any product. I have cancelled my account and they still continue to debit my checking account. I have called and spoken to customer service so many times I cannot even count. Each time I am told that it takes 7-10 business days for the product to reach me. I do not know about anyone else, but December through March 18 certainly seems to contain more than 7-10 business days. I have spoken to more than one supervisor, have numerous e-mails from this company regarding the shipment of my product. Lots of empty promises that my credit card has been credited, you name it. Sad thing is, I really liked the product and would probably have no problem with them if they just would ship the product as promised.
