I called directv several times in the last couple months to get my service disconnected because I was moving in the dorm and could not have service however they neglected to suspend the service twice and then once I got it suspended and and paid off it came on on its own again so I had to call in a couple months later to get it disconnected because I couldnt have that and then after disconnecting it and sending the recievers back I was still charged for active service and now 8 months later there is still a residual balance of 32 dollars they are telling me to dispute when I did not have service. BUYERS BEWARE do not use directv get netflic or something its a rip off crazy random charges poor customer service and they treat you like a neanderthal I will never for te rest of my life recommend directv service to anyone whatsoever and warn all not to get it its not worth especially with black out restrictions and the price of sports packages
