White Telfer photographed our wedding in September. Since then we have yet to receive the package we ordered and paid for in its entirety. We have still not gotten the 50 page photo book we ordered with them. They have refused to return e-mail contact, as they have turned off their phone services and moved out of the state with out providing new contact information. I have just received confirmation that they are opening back up for business in the Chicago area and are booking weddings for 2012. They currently have abot 5-9 other couples in the Virginia area, as well as one from their previous area of opperation in Colorado, who they have not fullfilled contractual obligations. If you are in the Chicago area, please be aware of White Telfer Photography. We are not the only couple they have scammed and have currently taken money from me and an unknown number of other customers. We were lucky in that we actually after a year of pushing them, received our actual photos, but the other customers have been left with no wedding photos of their special day. This husband and wife team are a couple of scam artists. They will take your money and dissapear.
