I hired Advanced Multimedia Productions to perform the Video, Photography and DJ services at my wedding in May. I paid in full $3200 for these services. I have not received my Wedding DVDs or Wedding Photo Book. I was also over charged $200 due to a typographical error that the photographer Michal Muhammad admits he made but, refuses to refund back to me.
First - I was over charged $200 for my Wedding Package and was refused a refund for the price difference. The Final Package Price listed on the contract was $3200 but it actually should have only been $3000. When you add $1500 Video $1500 Photo $500 DJ = Subtotal price should be $3500, (NOT $3700 - price listed on contract). From the subtotal there was a discount deductions of $500. Wedding Package subtotal should be $3500 - $500 (discount) = $3000.
Second I paid in full $3200 for Video, Photography and DJ services. And the only completed service I have received so far is the DJ service that was performed on my wedding day. I have not received my wedding DVDs or a corrected Wedding Photo Book. I have called Michal Muhammad over and over; it takes him days or even weeks to return my call, thats if he returns my call at all. I was told by Michal Muhammad that it takes about 60 day to edit the film and I should have my complete wedding Package by August. As you can see August has come and gone and I still dont have all of the footage for my wedding.
After my wedding in May Advanced Multimedia Productions never once tried to contact me, they never call to let me know when my proofs where ready, they never called to say that my photos where posted online, they never called to say there has been a delay with my order. I was the one who constantly called and sent emails to check on the status of my order. Michal Muhammad stated that one of the reasons that I have not recived my photos was because he was going through a divorce and his wife had stolen all his camera equipment that had my pictures on it, he was taking his wife to court to get my photos back.
After months of waiting, I finally received my Proof CD. First of all, the cover of the proof CD had someone else name on it and my name was spelled wrong. The proof CD was also missing half of the photos from the wedding reception. Michal Muhammad apologized and stated that he would send me a corrected proof CD.
Michal Muhammad also stated in October that he was sending all of my wedding footage and photos this weekend and that everything will be perfect. This is not the first time that Mr. Muhammad claimed that my order was on the way. All I want is whats stated in the Wedding Contract, if Michal Muhammad cannot fulfill his obligations, than Im requiring a full refund of $3200. I paid over $3000 to have photos taken on my wedding day, but I only got $30 worth of service.
