I purchased report protectors from Century Business Solutions in May. The customer service person said that the product was on a short back-order. They then charged my card and I've not heard a word since. I have tried to contact them by phone and email with no success. Eight months seems longer than a short back-order. This company has the worst customer service. I have had luck with them in the past, but not this time.
