In short, it is absolutely true that there are quotas, missed/late and refused pays, and incentives that are not paid out. The company does cut corners that customers would not be happy to know about. Several employees have filed issues with the Ministry of Labour.
I don't know why they just don't admit that they have a large staff and have encountered issues with many of them. Honesty would be the best route because interested consumers can look into these things. Admittedly there are a few employees that must be happy with the company, they have been there for some time but there are definately issues that many employees would like to see this company take responsibility for.
Just because the CEO or her friends and other top-ranking employees write in to dispute disgruntled employees doesn't make their claims legitimate. Employees become disgruntled for a reason. Future customers should investigate the company and the owner, it doesn't take much effort to see that this company and associated businesses have a terrible reputation... And for good reason.
