It has come to my attention that Jack Rhawn, full name Jack Raymond Rhawn, has been passing himself off as a lawyer to many people in the Tri-Cities, Washington area, as well as in the Seattle area. This is NOT the case. It is impossible that this person would be able to become a lawyer. To be a lawyer, one must be admitted to the bar, and pass a "character and fitness" evaluation. Mr. Rhawn has a criminal history, has spent time in jail, and has extensive credit problems, including repossession of a vehicle. He has also been fired from multiple jobs and had/has struggled with drug addiction. Such a person would NEVER be admitted to the bar in any state. Yet he told me, and others, that he's a lawyer, and attempted to give me legal advice! He may be a paralegal which allows him to "talk the talk" but he SHOULD NOT be giving legal advice, as he is not and will never be an actual attorney.
